• Ensuring parking or safe access is available where required
• Advising us of any known issues with the chimney, fireplace, building, access, or services
• Ensuring permissions are in place where required
• Removing valuables or fragile items from the work area
• Keeping children and pets away from the work area
• Ensuring final payment is made when due
10. Suitability and Safety
Stoves and fireplaces must be suitable for the property and installed correctly. Some products may require specific room ventilation, chimney conditions, flue systems, hearth sizes, clearances, and compliance with building regulations. We reserve the right not to supply or install a product if we believe it is unsafe, unsuitable, or non-compliant.
11. Cancellations and Returns
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy. For most online purchases, consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. However, certain items and services may be excluded, including bespoke, custom-made, special order, installed, or already commenced service work. This does not affect your statutory rights.
12. Faulty Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose, please contact us as soon as possible. We will deal with faulty goods in accordance with applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
13. Warranties
